The Minneapolis Institute of Arts will host a grand opening Sunday to celebrate the museum's renovation and new wing. There will be live entertainment, free admission to its special exhibition and tours of the added space.
The new Target Wing was designed by American architect Michael Graves. Morning Edition arts commentator and Pioneer Press theater critic Dominic Papatola has already been through the new wing of the museum, and shared his impressions with MPR's Perry Finelli.
