The Metropolitan Airports Commission is revealing Wednesday the identity of a new airline that will be flying out of the Minneapolis St. Paul airport.

Many hope the new low-cost airline will bring cheaper fares into the notoriously expensive airport. What impact can a newcomer have on existing ticket prices and how do budget airlines change the traditional airline landscape?
