Morning Edition is getting to know the Republican Candidates for U.S. Senate. MPR's Cathy Wurzer spoke with St. Louis County Commission Chairman Chris Dahlberg. He's all but officially declared his candidacy. He represents the western part of Duluth, in a part of the state that's dominated by DFLers.
