Governor Mark Dayton, Morning Edition host Cathy Wurzer and Justin Bieber are among the thousands of people around the country who have taken the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge.
That viral campaign -- in which people either donate to an ALS charity or pour a bucket of ice water over their head -- continues to bring in huge donations for efforts to cure and treat what's commonly known as Lou Gehrig's disease.
It's also raised questions about who gives to charity, why, when and whether those trends are changing.
