The Minnesota business community has seen two recent lawsuits related to the alleged theft of trade secrets — one at the Mayo Clinic and another at Boston Scientific.

The number of lawsuits over non-compete agreements and trade secrets has nearly tripled since 2000, according to a recent article in The Atlantic.

Aaron Hall, CEO and managing partner of Thompson Hall in Minneapolis, joined MPR News' Steven John to discuss the recent litigation.
