"As we have done in years past, we focused on adding local flavor and increasing our variety to ensure that there is something for everyone," said Peter Spike, Delaware North's general manager at Target Field.
"We are certainly excited to welcome Twins fans back for the upcoming season."
Twins spokesperson Kevin Smith said some of the new items are a new take on classic Minnesota favorites, such as a tater tot dish from Darby's.
"Which, today, has been really well-received," Smith said.
Here's a look at new eateries or outlets that have moved and drink options:
• Red Cow will offer three specialty, gourmet burgers at a portable cart near Section 126. They include the blues burger (featuring apricot jam and local blue cheese; $12.50); the ultimate Red Cow burger (featuring Red Cow sauce; $8.50 for one or $14.50 for two) and the 60/40 bacon burger (ingredients include 60 percent certified Angus beef, 40 percent ground bacon, cheddar cheese, Summit beer mustard and candied bacon; $8.50 for one or $14.50 for two).
• Andrew Zimmern's Canteen will move from a portable cart to a brick-and-mortar outlet near Section 114, near Hrbek's.
• Barrio is adjacent to the left-field foul pole at Gate 6/Section 127. The Latin eatery features a full bar.
• Hot Indian Foods will offer chicken tikka (yogurt marinated chicken breast simmered in a rich, creamy tomato curry. Served with garlic and coconut toasted rice, crispy poppadum and hot Indian slaw; $8) and vegan aloo gobi (potatoes, cauliflower and squash in a spicy tomato-based curry. Also served with garlic and coconut toasted rice, crispy poppadum and hot Indian slaw; $11). The cart will be near Section 120.
• Schwan's will have its own stand near Section R in the Legends Club. Along with items such as ice cream and its Freschetta pizza, Schwan's will also offer: a Buffalo chicken flatbread sandwich (chicken, celery and mozzarella cheese, topped with Frank's Red Hot Sauce; $10.50); Italian fire-baked flatbread sandwich (salami, ham, pepperoni, three-cheese blend, shredded lettuce and tomato, topped with Italian vinaigrette; $10.50); BBQ bacon-stacked burger (Twin beef patties, aged cheddar cheese, smoked bacon and grilled onions, topped with barbecue sauce; $10 for a single or $13 for a double); and Caprese stacked burger (Twin beef patties, fresh mozzarella cheese, balsamic-marinated tomato and basil; $10 for a single or $13 for a double).
• Local Craft Spirits will have a kiosk near Section 111 featuring two local distilleries: Panther Distillery (Osakis, Minn.) and Du Nord (Minneapolis) where fans can get locally distilled craft cocktails.
• The bar area of Goose Island Pub adjacent to section 229 will feature a wide selection of Goose Island craft beers.
Other new menu items include:
• BratDog: A homemade bratwurst stuffed with an all-beef hot dog and wrapped in bacon. Served on a pretzel roll with seasoned sauerkraut, caramelized onions and peppers. Available at Hrbek's; $12.
• Murray's cheese steak sandwich: Chopped sirloin, aged cheddar cheese sauce, onions and peppers, served on a fresh onion roll. Served at all Mill City Grill locations, and first- and third-base lounges. $12.50.
• Darby's bacon tot dish: Topped with cheese sauce, crumbled bacon, jalapenos, pico de gallo and seasoned sour cream. Served at the State Fair Classics stand near Section 133. $9.50.
• College Daze Bloody Mary: A take on the Bigger, Better Burger Bloody Mary — but this time served with a slice of cold pizza. Served at Hrbek's.
If nothing looks appetizing, don't worry — past favorites are returning, including Kramarczuk's Sausages, Tony O's, The Bigger Better Bloody Mary Cart (at Section 114), Roots for the Home Team, Mac's Walleye and Chips, Izzy's Ice Cream and Butcher and the Boar.
The Twins' home opener is Monday.
