Protesters lined up across the southbound lanes of the Interstate 35W bridge in Minneapolis during rush hour Wednesday morning to protest police shootings.
The Minnesota State Patrol said 41 protesters were arrested after about an hour on the freeway. It's not clear what charges they face. Troopers towed four cars that had initially blocked traffic. They reopened lanes at about 9:20 a.m.
