Vikings stadium funding stumbles; gas tax battles; 'snow days' school impact

State lawmakers consider a new proposal to help fund a Vikings stadium. Lawmakers are reconsidering plans for a gas tax increase after Gov. Mark Dayton reiterated his opposition to the proposal. And some rural Minnesota school administrators are concerned students won't do as well on spring assessment tests because of the number of snow days they took this year.
