Good morning! Minnesota should take its true winter form today when snowstorms are expected to hit northern areas and temperatures across the state will likely dip below freezing. Meanwhile, to the west, North Dakota's Department of Transportation and Highway Patrol have closed both eastbound and westbound lanes of Interstate 94 between Dickinson and Valley City.
