Public health officials — including those in Minnesota — warn that Americans need to prepare for the possibility of domestic outbreaks of COVID-19 cases as this strain of coronavirus continues to spread internationally. Response to this so far has included changes in how we travel, how we gather and how people feel about the economy.
MPR News host Kerri Miller talked with an epidemiologist about what to learn from the spread of the respiratory virus so far. We also checked in with the Minnesota Department of Health about the state’s public health strategy.
