This week, the Legislature signed a nearly $21 million spending bill to pay for coronavirus-related expenses. Sen. Jerry Relph, R-St. Cloud, and Rep. Tina Liebling, DFL-Rochester, the bill’s cosponsors, talked about what the money will be used for and how the state is planning to help its citizens during the pandemic.

Rep. Kelly Morrison, DFL-Deephaven, who is also a doctor, joined to talk about how social distancing works at a busy place like the State Capitol building.
