The Minnesota Court of Appeals ruled Friday that a lower court erred by striking a third degree murder charge against Derek Chauvin. The former Minneapolis police officer is expected to go on trial Monday on charges of second degree unintentional murder and manslaughter in the death of George Floyd last year.
