Russia has begun a military assault on Ukraine. According to news reports, Russia is attacking the country on three different fronts.

Minnesotans of Ukrainian descent are worried about the safety of their loved ones who are still in the country. Cathy Wurzer spoke with Liliya Kacharova, a chemistry professor at the University of Minnesota Duluth and at Lake Superior College, who was born and raised in Ukraine.
