There's a new candidate in the race for Minnesota governor. Former Kare 11 TV Reporter and WCCO Radio host, Cory Hepola announced his run for governor under the Forward Party of Minnesota - the third party former presidential candidate Andrew Yang founded last year.
Larry Jacobs is a professor of politics at the University of Minnesota's Humphrey School. He joined host Cathy Wurzer to talk about Hepola's run for governor, the rise of third parties and what the future holds for them.
