A Fillmore County sheriff's deputy found the body of Madeline Kingsbury, 26, on Wednesday wrapped in a bedsheet and tape along an isolated gravel road just north of the Iowa state line. The father of Kingsbury's children, Adam Fravel, 29, is charged with second degree murder.
