Former Minneapolis City Council Member Don Samuels has launched a second primary campaign to Democratic U.S. Rep. Ilhan Omar. The State Emblems Redesign Commission says it is no longer taking public entries, but it is welcoming feedback on the more than 2,000 submissions it received in October.
