Hanukkah started at sundown Thursday, and this year, it comes with a backdrop of war and a rise in anti-Semitism. The Anti-Defamation League reports a dramatic rise in anti-Semitic incidents nationwide. And in other news, the University of Minnesota is looking for additional state funding to improve its academic health programs.
