Vice President Kamala Harris campaigns in Minnesota Thursday. Harris will speak at a healthcare facility in St. Paul during her visit. And the Minneapolis City Council will decide whether to override a mayoral veto to enact pay raises for rideshare drivers. The council last week voted to increase the per-mile and per-minute pay for drivers, aimed to make sure they earn the city's minimum wage.
