The second of two snowstorms is expected to hit on Saturday night. Snow will start in western Minnesota and pick up across the state on Sunday.
And concerns about pollutants including "forever chemicals," or PFAS, have prompted state health officials to issue new guidelines for eating fish from the Mississippi River between St. Paul and Wabasha.
