Law enforcement shot a man in a Woodbury Target parking lot Monday after an armed standoff. Police responded to a vehicle with stolen license plates and found the vehicle and the suspect — a 50-year-old man. And authorities issued a shelter-in-place alert last night for a small part of Robbinsdale — but it was inadvertently sent to all of Hennepin County. Robbinsdale police say the alert stemmed from reports of a possible domestic situation involving weapons.
