Hennepin County Attorney Mary Moriarty says she's dismissing murder charges against state trooper Ryan Londregan in the death of Ricky Cobb II. Cobb was shot and killed during a traffic stop last year.
And fallen Minneapolis police officer Jamal Mitchell was honored Sunday for his ultimate sacrifice with a procession from the medical examiner's office to a funeral home.
