Hurricane Milton has been upgraded to a Category 5 storm with winds of 160 miles per hour. It’s expected to hit the gulf coast of Florida Wednesday. We’ll hear from a Minnesotan who is preparing for Milton less than two weeks after Hurricane Helene.
