Suicide is one of the leading causes of death in the United States. Rates are still at an all-time high coming out of the COVID-19 pandemic, according to the Centers for Disease Control.

MPR News host Angela Davis talked with two guests who are passionate about educating people about suicide prevention. They aim to help all of us learn how to recognize signs of depression and be a resource for those who are struggling with thoughts of ending their own life.
