Dozens of music-focused films will screen across Minneapolis Nov. 13-17 for the Sound Unseen festival.
The festival is celebrating 25 years of films about forgotten bands from last century to icons like Bob Dylan to the unknown stories behind the Friends show theme song.
Jim Brunzell, the festival’s director joined MPR News host Nina Moini to talk about how Sound Unseen made it to its 25th birthday and why Minneapolis needs a film festival about music.
