Meet Jeff Jones
Jeff Jones is a senior producer at MPR News overseeing newscasts, weather, nights/weekends and special programming. He’s been with MPR News since 2003.
Before joining MPR News, Jeff worked for various news organizations including WBEZ in Chicago, PBS Newshour, Twin Cities PBS and Session Weekly Magazine at the Minnesota Legislature.
Jeff graduated from Macalester College in St. Paul. He grew up near Chicago but has been in Minnesota since 1997. He lives on St. Paul’s east side with his family and cat.
