Good afternoon! In case you haven't seen it yet, Robert Kelly, a professor of political science at Pusan National University in Busan, South Korea, and an expert on South Korea, had a lot of interesting things to say during his BBC interview on the subject today. And nobody remembers a single thing he said. | NewsCut | Forecast

Good morning! Windy and cloudy with a chance of snow north. Mostly sunny with isolated thunderstorms late in the afternoon southeast. Highs in the lower 30s up north to mid-40s and lower 50s south. A wind advisory is in effect through this evening. It looks like Minnesota may have broken a weather record. Law enforcement reported a tornado near Princeton, Minn., late Monday afternoon. Good afternoon! In case you feel like you've fallen behind on trending news latetly, MPR News blogger Bob Collins is here to help. Here is a quick look at our most read stories from February. Good morning! Partly sunny with a chance of snow in southern Minnesota. Highs in the teens north to around 30 south. It's only Thursday but it's been quite the week already for weird loose animal news. On Monday, police had to search for a cow in the road (a sheriff's deputy unfortunately hit the cow in the road and it died). Then on Wednesday, police had to wrangle two llamas on the lam. A police spokesperson says the llamas had somehow gotten loose and were just hanging out along a road. | Forecast | Updraft weather blog
