Changing names
The Marshall Field's department store in downtown St. Paul was renamed Macy's recently, in preparation for the full transfer on September 9.

Last year, Federated Department Stores bought May Department Stores. This Saturday, the final phase in this business transition takes place. Federated will relaunch all of the Marshall Field's stores it bought from May's, rebranding them under its Macy's label.

Reporter Nikki Tundel talks to DJ Mary Lucia about what the change means for Twin Cities shoppers.
