There are a lot of tired people at the state Capitol today. The House has been working late into the night all week to pass budget bills that would fund -- among other things -- schools, state agencies, transportation projects, social services and health care.
This budget process happens every two years, though unlike recent budget sessions, both the House and Senate are controlled by the DFL this year.
All Things Considered host Tom Crann talked to MPR Capitol bureau reporter Tom Scheck about the process.
