Last year the Driver's Seat Road Rage Survey found the Twin Cities had the most courteous drivers. But this year the metro area slipped to 12th place. What happened?

MPR's Greta Cunningham got some answers from Todd Smith of AutoVantage, the Connecticut-based automobile membership club that conducts the survey.
