Daniel Ellsberg risked his career, his privacy and time in jail in 1971 when he decided to copy the Pentagon Papers, classified documents on the Vietnam War, in hopes of leaking them to members of Congress or the newspapers.
Ellsberg says the circumstances that led to his actions are present today, but few people seem willing to put their jobs on the line to stand up to their government.
