Authorities in Pine County hope more reward money will lead to the arsonist who destroyed Pine County cabins.

Last month, 12 cabins and a sportsmens club were burned to the ground near Big Pine Lake. Other cabins were burglarized in Pine and neighboring counties.

Chief Deputy Steve Ovick says authorities hope the increase in reward money will reenergize the case.

"Unfortunately, up to this point we don't have anybody in jail and it's very frustrating. Our investigators have run out of leads," Ovick said.

The reward now stands at $10,500 and people with information are asked to call Minnesota Crime Stoppers.

Big Pine Lake is about 90 miles north of the Twin Cities.
