Independence Party candidate David Dillon, DFL candidate Ashwin Media and Republican candidate Erik Paulsen are all vying for the seat left open by retiring Republican Rep. Jim Ramstad.

Midday broadcasts their first debate, conducted by the Twin West Chamber of Commerce.
