We've all been through the experience. You go to the doctor, you check in at the desk. Then, you sit in the crowded waiting room until your name is called. They apologize for running late, and then it's on the generic examining room, shabby and sterile at the same time. The fluorescent lights call attention to the scopes and equipment hanging on the wall. Not the most inviting experience.

When it comes to the physical environment of the doctor's office, who makes those decisions and what are they thinking? Our regular medical analyst, Dr. Jon Hallberg has just spent months making just those kinds of decisions.

He just opened the new Mill City Clinic in Minneapolis and joined Tom Crann to talk about what sets this facility apart from other clinics.
