One of the Texas men accused of trying to disrupt the Republican National Convention is scheduled to change his "not guilty" plea Thursday in federal court in Minneapolis.

Bradley Crowder is scheduled to change his plea before Chief Judge Michael Davis. The brief court document does not reveal any details and his lawyer declined to comment.

A federal grand jury indicted Crowder and fellow Texan David McKay on firearms charges this past September.

The two had pleaded not guilty to charges they had manufactured homemade explosives to hurl at police cars during the Republican National Convention in St. Paul.

Both men have been held in custody since the RNC. McKay is still scheduled to go to trial on January 26th.
