State lawmakers begin working this week on plans for solving a budget deficit that is now projected at $4.6 billion. Taxes loom large this week as well, with the release of a new report on state tax collections.

Cathy Wurzer spoke with Minnesota Public Radio Capitol Reporter Tim Pugmire who has a preview of the week ahead at the Capitol.
