Minnesota Democratic Congressman Collin Peterson, the chairman of the House Agriculture Committee, is introducing a bill that would alter climate change legislation moving through Congress.
He wants to exclude something called "indirect land use" when caluclating how much ethanol production contributes to greenhouse gas emissions.
MPR's Cathy Wurzer spoke with the congressman.
