Pulitzer prize-winning author Frank McCourt died Sunday; he was 78 years old. McCourt is best known for his memoir "Angela's Ashes," which tells the story of his poverty-striken childhood in Limerick, Ireland. In the spring of 2000, McCourt spoke about his life and work at the City Arts and Lecture Series in San Francisco.
