A 26-year-old man is in jail facing charges in a Fourth of July crash that killed four people near Detroit Lakes.
Becker County Sheriff Tim Gordon says Chad Eric Stewart of Detroit Lakes faces four counts of criminal vehicular homicide.
Stewart also faces two counts of criminal vehicular operation resulting in bodily harm. He's expected to be arraigned Thursday.
Stewart was arrested without incident by Becker County sheriff's deputies and White Earth Tribal Police. He was one of seven people who were in a van that left the road and struck a field approach about 30 miles northeast of Detroit Lakes.
