Police say the gunman suspected of fatally shooting three brothers at a birthday party in western Wisconsin died today at an area hospital.
Menomonie Police Lt. Chris Langlois says Geu Tou Vang died at Luther Midelfort Hospital in Eau Claire about 8:45 a.m.
The 23-year-old St. Paul, Minn., man was accused of killing 32-year-old Toua Kong, 25-year-old Siong Kong, and 13-year-old Seng Kong during an argument at the Evergreen Isle trailer part Saturday night. A fourth person, 25-year-old Toua Xiong, was wounded before Vang shot himself.
Police say Vang was a guest of a female relative of the slain men.
