The Minneapolis-based PACER Center is hosting an event against bullying today at the Mall of America.
The event includes the debut a public service announcement for its new Teens Against Bullying website, live music, and an art contest for elementary students.
There are also prizes for the first 300 students to sign the online petition against bullying at the event.
"By signing the petition, you can influence change and help us work for greater protection of students," Paula Goldberg, PACER's executive director said in a news release.
PACER Center is a national organization that provides education resources for families.
The mall event will be held at the Best Buy Rotunda, located on Level 1 East, from 4:15-5:00 p.m. Participants must RSVP online at pacer.org or by calling 952-838-9000.
