Minnesota is about to embark on the state's first comprehensive review of violent crime convictions over the last 30 years. The goal is to determine if state-of-the-art DNA testing could prove if the right person was convicted of a particular crime.
MPR's Cathy Wurzer spoke with Ed Magarian, co-chair of the Innocence Project of Minnesota, which is one of the groups involved in this effort.
