A construction worker from Ohio died after a fall at the site of a future Texas Roadhouse restaurant in Duluth, police said Tuesday.
Robert B. Gotschall, 31, of Mentor, Ohio, died Saturday afternoon after the fall at 1100 Mall Drive in Duluth, police said.
Gotschall was employed by Roth Painting LLC of Bellaire, Ohio.
The Duluth News Tribune reported Gotschall was found at the bottom of an interior stairway that leads to the roof.
The Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry is investigating, the newspaper reported.
