"Minnesota Beatle Project" is a new CD that features 16 Minnesota-based artists interpreting Beatles songs. One of the more intriguing tracks in the collection is a version of "Norwegian Wood" by Jeremy Messersmith and Zach Coulter.
This is the first time they have recorded music together. Messersmith is a solo artist and Coulter is a member of the band Solid Gold. They spoke with Morning Edition host Cathy Wurzer about the creation of their unique version of the song.
