Republican Marty Seifert said his gubernatorial campaign raised over $262,000 last year.
His campaign said it's entering 2010 with around $133,000 in cash on hand.
Seifert is a state representative from Marshall and one of seven Republicans running for governor.
He transferred approximately $20,000 from his now-closed state house campaign account and loaned his gubernatorial campaign $20,000 of his own money.
Candidates are not required to report their 2009 fundraising until the end of the month. Seifert is one of the first Republicans to do so. GOP state Rep. Tom Emmer reported last week that he raised $115,000 last year.
