The Virginia School Board has expelled a high school student accused of bringing a knife to school and threatening to use it.
The school board's expulsion resolution did not name the student, but said he will be expelled for one year.
The Mesabi Daily News reports the student's father has signed a waiver agreeing to his son's expulsion.
