Republican Scott Brown won a special election in Massachusetts to fill the Senate seat of the late Ted Kennedy. He beat Democrat Martha Coakley who had a big lead in public opinion polls early in the race. MPR's Cathy Wurzer spoke with Minnesota DFL U.S. Senator Al Franken for his reaction.
