A Southwest Minnesota State University student athlete has died of a brain aneurysm.
The university says 20-year-old Ben Bundy of Madison, S.D., fell unconscious at the school gym last Friday and died Wednesday at a hospital in Sioux Falls, S.D.
Bundy was a sophomore and an offensive lineman for the Mustangs.
Football coach Eric Eidsness says Bundy was a "great young man that was blessed with the ability to touch people around him in a meaningful way."
