A landmark Duluth restaurant could soon have a new owner.
The Pickwick has been with the same family for four generations and 90 years.
In January, Pickwick owner Chris Wisocki announced he was putting the restaurant up for sale. Tim Wright of Duluth says he signed an agreement Friday to buy the assets of Pickwick Inc.
Details were not made public. Wright says several contingencies still need to be met before he can close the deal.

Wright ran the Aberdeen Lodge in Manitowish Waters, Wis., and his family operates The Egg Harbor Cafe, a restaurant chain in the Chicago area.
In an interview last month, Wisocki told the Duluth News Tribune he struggled with the decision to sell a business that had been in his family for so long.
