Former Twin Cities auto mogul Denny Hecker already faces a possible 90-day jail sentence for falling behind on alimony payments to his second wife. Now, his fourth wife says Hecker is stiffing her.
She wants a Hennepin County judge to slap some sanctions on Hecker to prod him into paying.
Court documents indicate Hecker must pay his most recent wife, Tamitha, $7,500 a month, along with her medical expenses.
Her attorney says Hecker is two months behind in payments, and she's asking a Hennepin County judge to order Hecker to provide a detailed accounting of his finances.
Hecker already faces a similar order because of late alimony payments to his second wife. Hecker claims he's broke and can't even afford to pay his own lawyers.
Court filings indicate Hecker owes $1.2 million to lawyers and $200,000 to friends.
Hecker is also on the hook for hundreds of millions of dollars in debt he won't avoid with his bankruptcy filing.
