There are plans afoot at the Legislature to introduce a bill next week that would be the first step toward building a new stadium for the Minnesota Vikings. MPR's Cathy Wurzer spoke with Republican State Senator Julie Rosen, who represents Fairmont and is planning to co-sponsor the legislation.
